چکیده
Orange (C. sinensis) peel flavonoids have antibacterial, antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral effects. However, there is a scarcity of information in the literature about orange peels flavonoids. So, we estimated phytochemicals hydro-methanolic extract C. sinensis were separated by Column chromatography confirmed with TLC HPLC. After that evaluated antimicrobial, antioxidant nitric oxide scavenging activity. The MIC value against E. coli, B. subtilis, S. aureus P. aeruginosa 19.40, 20.48, 12.45 21.44µg respectively. IC50 for Nitric activity 121.4 0.88µg In current study, Citrus found to action methanolic extracts. This study suggests could be exploited as an antibacterial source future.

The main goal of this research is studying the causative & effect of deficit budget, money offering and inflation rate in Iran during 1360-1390. The results in long time indicates that the bulk of money has had positive effect & meaning on inflation rate during that time and alteration of budget deficit of the government has also positive effect on inflation but by meaningless impress, in other...

متن کاملCharacterization of AMP-activated protein kinase gamma-subunit isoforms and their role in AMP binding.
The AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) cascade plays an important role in the regulation of energy homeostasis within the cell. AMPK is a heterotrimer composed of a catalytic subunit (alpha) and two regulatory subunits (beta and gamma). We have isolated and characterized two isoforms of the gamma subunit, termed gamma2 and gamma3. Both gamma2 (569 amino acids) and gamma3 (492 amino acids) have...
متن کاملOpposing Activity Changes in AMP Deaminase and AMP-Activated Protein Kinase in the Hibernating Ground Squirrel
Hibernating animals develop fatty liver when active in summertime and undergo a switch to a fat oxidation state in the winter. We hypothesized that this switch might be determined by AMP and the dominance of opposing effects: metabolism through AMP deaminase (AMPD2) (summer) and activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) (winter). Liver samples were obtained from 13-lined ground squirrel...
